One of the greatest and most paralyzing lies of the sanitized spiritual market is the promise that the awakening of the kundalini energy will bring you instant peace, love, and freedom from earthly worries. When you actually enter this process, you collide with a reality that causes a massive shock: instead of angelic elevation, you receive an ocean of anxiety, panic-driven depression, and pain in every single cell of your body.
You must understand one fundamental rule: kundalini is not a magical eraser for your problems. This force acts as a massive, ruthless energetic magnifying glass. It merely magnifies and pulls to the surface what has already been buried deep within you for a long time—your ancestral traumas, deep complexes, anxieties, depressions, your neurotic worries about survival and money, and your paralyzing fear of judgment and rejection by others.
This process will last as long as it takes—without a single second of interruption and without a single day of vacation—until you digest every single one of your fears individually. The energy will not let you go until you allow every demon to crawl out from under the wardrobe and experience it in its full magnitude. Until you sweep it out from under the carpet and find yourself genuinely shaking with fear in the middle of your room.
1. My Lesson of Surrender: Fearing Starvation and the Bridge
For years, my ego built an illusion of control by setting up subsequent companies, earning money, and designing business plans. I believed that financial security was the sole prerequisite for freedom. When the kundalini current shattered my system, I was cleared of everything: houses, companies, jobs, and savings. I was left completely dry, in a foreign country, without any safety net protecting my existence.
And that is when the real process of digestion began. I stopped running from the fear into new businesses (like my final desperate rush with telemedicine platforms in June 2026). I sat in my chair and simply allowed myself to be afraid.
- I allowed myself to feel a frantic fear that I would genuinely starve to death.
- I allowed my nervous system to experience the terror of ending up under a bridge as a homeless person in sweatpants and sneakers.
Only when I allowed that electrical charge within my tissues to explode in its full capacity—not fighting it, not denying it, and not fleeing into spiritual toys—did the fear, deprived of the fuel of my resistance, simply burn out and vanish on its own.
2. The Question from the Depths: “Are you ready?”
My deepest process of digesting fear began at a specific point in time. During one of my meditations, a distinct sign appeared in my space, and immediately following it, quiet, monumental words were spoken: “Are you ready?”
At that moment, my mind—soaked in thousands of read books, the Catholic doctrine I had lived in for years, and esoteric theories about mystical dimensions—interpreted this from a position of religious pathos. I was absolutely convinced that God Himself had asked me this question and meant some sublime, cosmic transfer into another, unknown, angelic dimension full of light. My enlightened ego considered itself chosen for grand things.
Today, from the position of someone who has completed this 6-year odyssey and reclaimed a prozaic, quiet happiness, I know how deeply mistaken my mind was back then. It was not an external God or a religious judge. It was my real SELF asking me quietly from the depths of the system:
“Will you finally allow this fear to come out and burn? Are you ready to stop running from your darkness, to get off your own back, and let biology clear these old, ancestral wires?”
The great books dressed this moment in poetry about trials of faith, but the raw truth is this: your own field is asking you whether you have the courage to stand face-to-face with your greatest terror of survival and allow it to burn away.
3. First Aid Guideline: How to Survive a Wave of Panic
If you are reading this at 3 AM in the USA, Canada, or the UK, and your stomach is gripped by anxiety about tomorrow, about money for bills, and about what your loved ones will say—stop.
- Stop fighting it: Do not try to “push” the fear away, do not affirm abundance, and do not tell yourself everything will be fine. That only irritates your scorched synapses.
- Activate the Thought Observer: Stand in the Zero State toward what your head is producing. Do not engage in a discussion with thoughts of bankruptcy. Let those thoughts drift like clouds, while you forcefully hold your attention on your physical body.
- Allow your body to shake: If your nervous system is trembling with the fear of poverty—allow it to shake. This is not an illness; it is the clearing of cellular memory. When you allow the fear to step out from under the wardrobe and experience it without escaping into action, the electromagnetic charge will leave your DNA. You will see that morning has arrived, you are still alive, and the Unknown is seamlessly securing your existence from the ground level anyway.
